Online Media Campaign Manager - CMS Services Global DOO Beograd

• Coordinate all execution phases of online advertisement campaigns. Work directly with client Agencies and internal teams to ensure the advertisement campaigns are launched on time and without issues. Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

• Manage client relationship during execution of online advertisement campaigns
• Coordinate communication from project kick-off to campaign launch
• Oversee creative development, review of client’s media plans, preparation of creative specs for developers and designers
• Schedule and import campaigns into ad-serving system, traffic ads tags to publisher sites
• Ensure a smooth launch of advertisement campaign and escalate any issue to technical or creative support
• Assist with training, mentoring, and on-boarding of new team members

• Conversational and written fluency in any of the following languages is a prerequisite: English, French, Swedish and Italian
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good project management skills and attention to details
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong customer service attitude
• Passion and hands-on knowledge of Internet technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• University degree preferable
