Internal customer services administration - internship




Our ideal candidate needs to have:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Transport and traffic engineering or Organizational sciences
  • Analytical skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint)
  • Self-organized personality
  • Team-player skills with ability to work through others, collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proactiveness with 'can do' attitude • Precision and commitment to deadlines • Multitasking skills
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, dedication and hardworking

Responsibilities:
  • Department and Team costs follow-up using internal financial system and provide all necessary financial and non-financial reports
  • Registering internal documentation
  • Placing and follow up all departmental decisions and contracts
  • Fully autonomous operational work in administration process
  • Ensure that tasks and initiatives are delivered on time, and with highest quality Performing operational tasks, mission-critical activities and department processes regarding Transport/Travel, Services activities etc.
  • Establish and nurture professional communication with internal clients and external vendors
  • Prepare business correspondence, presentations, write and prepare reports and meeting minutes
