Opis

• Source candidates for open vacancies in the IT industry using various recruitment channels
• Conduct market research and mapping
• Handle communication with candidates
• Screen CVs and applications
• Participate in telephone and personal interviews with candidates
• Support the preparation of candidate presentations and reports
• Record all recruitment activity data in the internal system
  

Uslovi

• Senior year student or fresh graduate in HR or IT related field
• Highly motivated for development in recruitment in a dynamic team
• Interested in the trends and developments within the IT industry
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English language
• PC literacy (MS Office)
