Opis

We are seeking for an administrative associate!

Your tasks as administrative associate:

Organization and coordination of daily activities (taking meeting minutes, organizing conference calls, drafting presentations, etc.)
Coordination, preparation and execution of external meetings and business trips
Business communication with internal and external parties
Greeting and managing visitors and guests
Complete office and administrative activities and support
Other duties as required for the position

Uslovi

Your characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or similar
At least two years of relevant experience in the same or similar field of work
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
If there is something you don’t know, you sure know who does
You can easily predict the needs of others and empathy is your middle name
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Serbian
Driver’s license and active driver
